Customer Satisfaction Policy
We stand behind the accuracy and quality of our manuals. That said, because our products are digital files, we apply certain conditions to refund eligibility to protect the value of our content and maintain fairness across all transactions.
Refund Eligibility & Terms
Refunds are considered case-by-case basis and will only be approved under specific conditions. A refund may be issued if:
- The file is corrupted, inaccessible, or incomplete; we cannot replace it.
- The manual materially differs from what was advertised (e.g., incorrect model, format, or missing essential sections).
- The file has not been downloaded multiple times or shared externally.
- The issue is reported within seven calendar days of purchase.
Important: A non-refundable payment processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds. Our payment provider charges this fee and cannot be waived.

- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A clear explanation of the problem
- Any screenshots or documentation that support your request
The refund (minus the processing fee) will be issued to your original payment method if approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.
Ordered the Wrong Manual?
If you purchased a manual for the wrong vehicle model, year, or engine type, please note that we do not offer refunds for incorrect orders. However, we understand mistakes happen.
We may offer a one-time courtesy replacement if:
- The file has not been downloaded multiple times
- Your request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- The correct manual must exist in our catalog
This replacement is provided at our discretion and subject to availability. We encourage all customers to confirm compatibility before placing an order. When in doubt, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You ordered the wrong manual and didn’t verify the product description.
- The file has been downloaded more than once or shared with others.
- The file has been shared, copied, or distributed
- The issue was not reported within 7 days after purchase
- You claim the manual didn’t help, but offer no specific details.
- You request a refund solely due to a misunderstanding the product format or content.
