Information we collect
We collect information you provide when placing an order, requesting support, signing in, or subscribing to updates. This can include your name, email address, billing country, vehicle selections, order number, inquiry details, and newsletter consent.
Customer accounts use passwordless email codes. We do not collect or store account passwords. Stripe or PayPal processes payment details; NXT Motors does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
- Process and support orders, payments, refunds, and digital delivery.
- Provide passwordless account access and secure download links.
- Respond to contact and support inquiries.
- Send order, delivery, security, and service messages.
- Send newsletters when you have subscribed.
- Protect the storefront from fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- Meet accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 for application hosting, database storage, security, and files; Stripe and PayPal for payments; Resend for transactional email; and Google Drive for some protected manual files. These providers process only the information needed to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Cookies and local storage
We use an essential secure session cookie for passwordless customer accounts. The cart and coupon selection are stored in your browser’s local storage. Cloudflare may process request, device, IP, and security information to operate and protect the service. We do not currently use personalized-advertising cookies.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscriptions are optional and recorded with the consent source and date. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We will add an unsubscribe link to every marketing email before newsletter campaigns begin.
Retention
We retain order and payment records as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Login codes expire after ten minutes. Sessions expire or can be revoked. Support inquiries and newsletter records are retained while operationally necessary or until deletion is appropriate.
Security
We use encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted Cloudflare bindings, hashed authentication and download tokens, and access controls for administrative functions. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we review and improve safeguards as the service evolves.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or contractual reasons. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a request.
International processing and minors
Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. The storefront is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
